Probiotic cleaning, built for the way preschools actually run.

A capsule-based system that eliminates dilution guesswork, keeps surfaces safer for children, and stays active for up to 14 days between cleans. Currently in pilot with childcare and facility operators across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Singapore.

The pattern

What we keep seeing inside preschool cleaning routines.

Across high-end private centres, government-run kindergartens, and everything in between — three patterns repeat. None of them are anyone's fault. The tools just weren't built for the job.

01

Hygiene varies wildly centre-to-centre.

Different products, different dilutions, different routines, different definitions of what "clean" even means. Two centres on the same street can run protocols that share almost nothing in common.

Cost · inconsistent baseline across the brand
02

It also varies shift-to-shift.

Morning crew and evening crew often run two different protocols inside the same room. Mix bottles by eye. "More is better" instinct. Six out of ten field-checked bottles are at the wrong concentration.

Cost · safety + efficacy unpredictable
03

The cabinet is mostly chemical.

Bleach, quats, ammonia. Effective on paper. Not what you want a 3-year-old crawling on twenty minutes later, and not what helpers should be handling for forty hours a week without proper PPE.

Cost · child + staff exposure compounded daily
Where it ends up
The HFMD case that closes a centre for a week. The Norovirus outbreak that ripples through forty families. The deep-clean invoice. The trust hit. The parent group chat. None of it theoretical.
The shift

What Polvita Caps changes about each one.

One capsule, 750ml of tap water, one bottle. The form factor itself is the answer to most of what we kept finding — and the chemistry handles the rest.

Answers 01

One pre-measured dose. Every bottle, every centre.

Each capsule contains the exact probiotic concentrate for one 750ml bottle. Screw it onto the bottle, attach the trigger, done. No measuring cups, no eyeballing, no "more is better." Brand-wide consistency, by design.

MechanismThe dilution step disappears. There is nothing left to vary.
Answers 02

The human judgment step is removed.

Because the dose is sealed inside the capsule, morning crew and evening crew physically can't produce two different concentrations. Helpers with limited language access can run the protocol with full confidence. Visual, three-step, language-agnostic.

MechanismConsistency stops depending on training fidelity or shift handover quality.

No bleach. No quats. No ammonia.

Beneficial Bacillus probiotic cultures do the cleaning — the same principle that keeps healthy skin and healthy soil naturally resistant to pathogens. Child-safe on every surface. Hypoallergenic. No warning labels. Helper-safe with no PPE escalation needed.

The gap between cleans is where outbreaks take hold. Polvita closes it.

Traditional disinfectants reset the surface to zero — and in tropical humidity, microbes return within hours, often more aggressively on a chemically stripped surface. Polvita's probiotics stay alive on the surface for up to 14 days, continuously consuming the organic residue that pathogens and mould need to grow.

To be clear: this doesn't replace deep-clean protocols during outbreak response. What it changes is the daily baseline — a consistent, child-safe, longer-lasting clean, every shift, every centre.

The mechanism

Why probiotic cleaning is fundamentally different from "kill it" cleaning.

A short read for anyone evaluating this for their operation — what's in each capsule, how it works on the surface, and the regulatory basis it sits on.

Conventional disinfectants are designed to do one thing well: kill microorganisms on contact. They succeed for about thirty seconds.

After that, the surface is sterile but also empty. In tropical humidity, harmful microbes recolonise within hours — often more aggressively, because the chemical has also wiped out the harmless flora that would normally compete with them.

Polvita is built around the opposite principle: competitive exclusion. Each spray deposits billions of food-grade Bacillus probiotic spores onto the surface. They settle, germinate, and consume the organic residue — skin cells, food particles, biofilm — that both helpful and harmful bacteria need to survive.

Because the friendly colony is already established and feeding, harmful microbes that arrive afterwards can't get a foothold. There is nothing left for them to eat.

The spores remain viable on the surface for up to fourteen days. As long as the colony has food, it keeps working. That residual layer is what makes the daily baseline different from a thirty-second kill window.

One distinction worth making explicit: Polvita is not a disinfectant. It is classified as a probiotic detergent — your daily cleaner, with a protective biological layer that persists for up to 14 days between cleans. When your operation needs full disinfection (HFMD or Norovirus response, scheduled hygiene rounds, a contaminated surface), you continue using your existing disinfectant exactly as you do today — nothing about that protocol or that cost changes. The next daily clean with Polvita naturally re-establishes the probiotic layer on the freshly disinfected surface.

Why food-grade Bacillus is safe at home and at work.

The probiotic strains in Polvita belong to the same Bacillus genus used in human probiotic supplements, soil inoculants, and commercial food fermentation — among the most extensively studied non-pathogenic bacterial groups in microbiology. They are not zoonotic, not pathogenic in humans, and pose no risk through skin, eye, or inhalation contact at the concentrations dispensed in Polvita Caps. Cleaning staff and helpers can run the protocol with no PPE escalation. Children, pregnant staff members, and people with respiratory sensitivities can be in the same room during and after application.

For operators

Practical questions, straight answers.

How does this fit with our existing cleaning routine?

Polvita slots in as your daily multi-surface cleaner — the bottle your team reaches for after meals, between activities, end-of-day wipe-downs. The routine doesn't change. The frequency doesn't change. The training doesn't change. What changes is what's happening on the surface between cleans: instead of being sterile-then-recolonised within hours, it stays protected for up to 14 days. No new steps. No extra products to stock. Same spray bottle, same trigger — just a different capsule that turns tap water into the cleaner.

Do we still need our regular disinfectant for outbreak protocols?

Yes — and you should keep using exactly what you use today. Polvita is a daily cleaner, not a disinfectant. When your protocol calls for full disinfection (a confirmed HFMD or Norovirus case, mandatory hygiene rounds, a contaminated surface), use your existing disinfectant exactly as you do now. Nothing about that part of your protocol or your cost changes.

The only thing worth knowing: after a full disinfection, the surface is reset. The next time your team does their normal daily clean with Polvita, the protective probiotic layer rebuilds itself. It's not an extra step — it's the same daily clean you'd be doing anyway.

Can our cleaning staff and helpers use it safely without PPE?

Yes. The probiotic strains in Polvita are food-grade Bacillus — the same family used in commercial probiotic supplements. There is no chemical exposure risk if splashed on skin or eyes. The 3-step process is visual and language-agnostic, designed to be safely used by anyone in the household or operation regardless of preferred language.

What does the pilot programme involve?

A 30-day structured trial with free supply for one location. You commit to: (1) a brief baseline observation at day 0, (2) using Polvita for daily surface cleaning during the 30 days, and (3) a 20-minute debrief at day 30. We commit to: full transparency on what we learn, and your operation's name kept confidential unless you choose to be referenced publicly.

Is Polvita approved for use in our market?

Polvita is manufactured in Belgium under EU cosmetic and biocidal regulations, which are equivalent to or stricter than the household cleaning product requirements in Singapore (HSA), Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Malaysia. No scheduled poisons, no controlled substances, no restricted ingredients. Full ingredient transparency available on request — email sales@cleron.asia.
